Willamette US Development Group (WUSDG), located in Portland Oregon in the Pacific Northwest of the United States, committed to bringing quality investors to our attractive developments by designing concepts with consumer appeal. Willamette projects include condominiums, hotel, retail, residential, mixed use, medical office, commercial, office centers and shopping centers.

Willamette US Development Group is a privately held, U.S.-based company that combines more than 50 years of American expertise in real estate development, architectural design and engineering skill. Since its founding, WUSDG has worked toward gaining the right kind of on-the-ground experience and building the necessary teams to be able to successfully manage and complete the world's most dynamic projects. In addition to our headquarters in Portland, Oregon, we have offices in Bahrain, Dammam and Dubai. Our diverse portfolio of projects developed since the 1990s is in excess of US$500 million and includes projects within the mixed-use, commercial, retail, residential and hospitality sectors. Willamette US Development Group was founded in 1999 by Dr Abdullah Al-Joaib and his brother Salem Al-Joaib. The brothers draw on a rich heritage and broad experience ­ their father Mr. Ali Al-Joaib owns Al-Joaib Construction, the company that built a large part of the Saudi Arabian oil pipeline.
